Sherie was a champ after 29 hours of labor... although the post-epidural phase was a little boring. Elliot Isabel was 8 lbs 10 oz, and a whopping 22.75 in... To steal a few words from my cousin "who would have imagined a long skinny baby from the two of you. Darwin was so full of it"

39 Weeks - Around the House
Ben and Jamie attempt some late night duct work.
After Jamie goes, Ben finishes duct work with his trusty vacuum by his side.
A separate project, installing a new shelf, is much easier with vacuum on the scene
Sheffield has adapted to all the new pillows on the bed - maybe pregnancy has its perks!
Sherie & Sheffield pillow up and sleep through all the vacuuming

38 Weeks
Almost running out of tape!
We are getting close. Time to bare the belly.
Only 1 block from our house and an hour before dinner guests were to arrive, we were stopped to watch the Portugal Day Parade. The whole parade. From start to finish was 55 minutes. Kind of threw a wrench in our dinner prep. But the parade was cute, the car was air conditioned and we had cupcakes in the car.
