Circus!

This weekend we saw Cirque Passion under the big top at an event honoring Uncle Stephen and raising $$ for ALS-TDI. It was past Elliot's bedtime, but she was a trooper and MESMERIZED by the trapeze acts.

Here is Elliot in front of the tent on our way inside.

Elliot takes to the stage before the show begins.

Above, Elliot likes being backstage with cousin Zoe. Below, she is not so sure she wants to be hanging out with Jack Sparrow.

Walky Walkerton

Busy Weekend Doing Nada

Eleven months old. No new stats yet, but the girl is long, sweet, and hopefully 20 lbs.

Above, Elliot is sitting pretty in the old gold chair.
Below she is sitting really pretty on Jeff's awesome scooter after breakfast.

The day before was our street's yard sale & block party. While the rest of us toiled away hawking wares on our porch, Ben came inside to "watch" Charlie & Elliot.

Time to head to the block party. We found last year's shirts and whipped one up for Elliot, who clearly thinks we are #1!

Below, Elliot and Ben pose by the Charles River where we watched the Dragon Boat Races. Or more accurately, watched the big golden retriever sitting next to us.

Elliot has taken to shaking things and yelling. Which is an improvement over her scolding finger-pointing. She is getting into the action below with her bottle.

And the next day, she is cute as a bug again, while the groggy photographer wonders once again why we are awake and playing at 5:07 AM.

11 Months Old!

Elliot and Ben started swim lessons at MIT this weekend. In the world of "infant Swimwear Dos & Don'ts" Elliot is a definite Do!

Here is Elliot contemplating her first sushi dinner. Our great eater ate it with gusto ... and without wasabi thanks to the waitress who helpfully told us we might want to order the avocado sushi sans the hot stuff.

On Sunday we took her to the Stone Zoo. At closing time on a rainy day, the place is a ghost town ...with the exception of all the huge Kkkkkttttttts (kitties) roaming close enough to eat our little bambino. Snow Leopard lurking in the background.

Elliot says hello in her first sun glasses. Amazingly, she kind of leaves them on. Kind of.
